Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pay?
You can pay using your UK debit or credit card, or via PayPal. We can also accept payment via direct bank transfer. We do not accept payment via Cheque or Postal Order.
When can my project start?
Generally, our project engagements begin with a 50% deposit before we initiate any work. The specific payment structure, however, can vary based on the nature of the project; there are instances where the full 100% payment may be required, contingent upon project specifications. Upon completion of the initial draft, we will request the remaining 50% balance, or in the event of a project stall within 2 months of the initial payment. It is essential that the payment is settled no later than 5 days after the final draft has been mutually agreed upon by the client.
Why do I have to pay a deposit, what if I don’t like the work?
The rationale behind this is straightforward: time is money. When we take on a project, we dedicate valuable time to research, development, design, and client interaction. In return, we anticipate a reciprocal commitment from our clients. If you are genuinely invested in engaging Just Template IT for your project, a 50% deposit should be a reasonable expectation, considering the demonstrated quality of our work that you’ve witnessed.
Is the deposit returnable if I don’t like the work?
Regrettably, Just Template IT invests valuable time in crafting your designs, and as such, time incurs costs. If the initial drafts do not meet your expectations, you have two options: first, accept the loss, or second, more judiciously, communicate the aspects you dislike. We are committed to understanding your vision, and if the design falls short, we will reassign the task to another designer, striving to align with your preferences. Our goal is to achieve 100% satisfaction. Keep in mind that as designers, we may not be familiar with the intricacies of your business, so providing detailed preferences and information upfront is crucial for us to deliver a design that resonates with your vision.
Do you offer payment terms?
Yes, end-of-month payment terms are extended exclusively to established Just Template IT clients who have already invested over £5,000 in our services. Only under these circumstances will Just Template IT entertain the option for end-of-month payment. In this scenario, an invoice will be generated at the close of the month (30th), and we request that payment be settled within 5 working days thereafter.”
Are there any hidden costs?
No, the displayed price is final. All prices are subject to VAT, with the only exception being if the initial project scope significantly changes in size or direction. In such cases, we would communicate this to the customer and discuss any necessary adjustments.
Does Just Template IT design internationally, or just for UK clients?
We’re delighted to offer our design services worldwide, thanks to the beauty of the internet. However, for international clients, we request payment through either bank transfer or PayPal. Just Template IT has successfully delivered designs for clients across the globe, including the United States, Italy, Australia, Spain, Germany, France, Poland, and Ireland.
