The problem with the eBay buyers is they are learning how to get items for free. Yes I did say “Free”. Because of the rules which we have to adhere to, to keep our ratings positive. Buyers are becoming astute in complaining or even lying if an item hasn’t been received when it has. This includes sending out a repeated product for free even though this still affects cases opened.
All sellers are in the same boat on this growing trend but if you are thinking of selling on eBay be sure to charge that little bit more to allow for these nuisances.
