case study
Talk Out Group
introduction
TalkOut serves as a powerful advocate for mental health in the workplace within the vibrant city of Birmingham, embodying a singular mission – to normalize the acknowledgment of mental health challenges in professional environments. Our relentless efforts are geared towards dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health and fostering a culture of acceptance and support in the workplace.
In collaboration with the dedicated team at Triberia, we undertook the task of bringing TalkOut’s vision to life through the development of a dynamic website. This platform stands not only as a digital representation of the organization but also as an educational resource, aimed at enlightening businesses on best practices to ensure the holistic well-being of their employees.
The website we co-created serves as a testament to our collective commitment to destigmatizing mental health conversations, providing valuable insights, and empowering individuals and businesses alike to thrive in a healthier and more compassionate work environment.
the challenge
The TalkOut website is an integral component of the Martin James Foundation, a collective of companies committed to driving positive change and fostering well-being in various sectors. Among its entities is Holy Moly, a distinguished restaurant nestled in the heart of Grand Central which was also developed by JTI.
Designed collaboratively with the creative expertise of Triberia, the TalkOut website stands as a testament to the Foundation’s dedication to amplifying mental health discourse. Powered by WordPress, the site not only serves as an informative hub but also reflects the Foundation’s commitment to utilizing diverse platforms to influence positive change.
the solution
The TalkOut website was strategically developed using WordPress. This choice was driven by the owners’ need for a platform that allows seamless content updates, empowering them to keep the website dynamic and relevant.
WordPress, with its user-friendly interface and robust functionalities, not only caters to the present content management needs but also positions TalkOut for future scalability. This decision reflects a commitment to ensuring the website remains a responsive and evolving resource, aligning with the organization’s mission to continually advocate for mental health awareness and support.
By harnessing the flexibility of WordPress, TalkOut not only maintains control over its narrative but also ensures that the digital representation of its mission remains accessible, informative, and adaptable to changing needs and circumstances.
